At the end of your session, you will receive personalized self-care recommendations and a follow-up plan.

Is Massage Therapy covered under my extended health benefits?

Most extended health benefit plans cover Massage Therapy. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm the details of your coverage, including the extent, limitations, and any specific requirements before your session.

Do you offer Direct billing?

Direct billing is offered at the King & University Location ONLY.

Currently, we don’t offer direct billing at our Yorkville location. However, we will provide you with a RMT receipt to submit to your insurance.

Is tipping expected/ encouraged for your services?

We have a no-tipping policy as part of our commitment to delivering a premium service that allows you to fully concentrate on reaching your health goals.

Why do you require credit card information to book at the Yorkville location?

We require a credit card on file to secure your booking and to make contactless payments smooth and easy at the end of your session. This ensures your safety and convenience, and allows us to spend more quality time with you during your visit.

Rest assured, your card will only be used to cover visit payments (at your request) or to cover a late cancellation/missed appointments fee.
